Walgreens Pharmacy

This is a Walgreens store along business 29 in Reidsville, North Carolina. It is in the remnant of an Eckerd's Drug store, so it is absolutely gigantic. It is very, very spacious and is pretty much spotless throughout the store. If there are any drawbacks, it'd have to be with the service. Though I did not use the pharmacy, the regular lines in the store were slow.

This pharmacy is absolute trash. It takes them all day to feel one prescription.They give you a time, then it's not ready, then they give you another time and that's not ready either. We started using this pharmacy a few years ago because the one old on south scales street was terrible.Now i'm seeing some of the same employee's at this location and it's gone downhill severely. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy whoever runs this place should be fired.

Service is slow depending on who is working. Some pharmacy tech here at this location act as if they would rather be at an insurance seminar than helping customers. I go here mainly due to the convenience to my location. Would be nice if they could smile occasionally and not be so irritated if a question is asked.

Takes forever to talk to a person. No personalized service. Close down all the time for any little reason. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

Pharmacy is the absolute worst service ever! I have been coming here for 4 years and have always had a very long wait. Today, Oct 28, 2024 has been the longest wait ever. They have had the prescriptions for over 2 hours, so I came to pick them up. They were not ready, said it would be a few minutes. After 45 minutes I have still not received them!
