Very professional group of people. No wait time, as soon as I checked in the nurse was waiting to call me back. The nurse was very professional and made me feel comfortable discussing my issues. Dr. Castaneda and NP Chelsea Carlan are very thorough and have great bed side manner. I would definitely recommend this group, from check in to check out top notch.5 stars across the board.
Once again Cone Health proves to me they are useless. Lady called to make an appointment with me, tells me my appointment is at 2:00 but be there at 1:45. I repeat info back and input into phone calendar. I arrive exactly 1:45 but receptionist says appointment was at 1:30. Waisted my time and fuel money because they can’t input these correctly.
They took my Mom in as new patient and helped her. Friendly staff.
Dr Rehman is a very nice doctor, I worked with him when I was a nurse and I have been his patient.
This is a very professional office and the people here are so nice and never have to wait
