Cypress Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

My family member has been a resident for several months. He loves his home away from home. The staff is very courteous, caring and makes sure he gets his baths every week. The medical personnel makes sure to address any concerns that family has about our loved ones. Thank you Cypress Valley for all you do to make the residents feel at home. Job well done.

I am an EMT who picks up and drops off patients regularly. First off the staff, top notch. Very friendly, very kind and very patient. All staff are like one big family, and treat each other as such. They have great communication with each other and always do what’s best for their residents. I visit several nursing homes on a daily basis, but this one is very dear to me not only because of the staff, but because the residents are so loving and caring. I always look foward to when I have to come pick up or drop off a patient here.

Cypress is a home away from home. The building alone has been in the community for a long time. The nursing staff is compassionate, attentive and dedicated to the well being of the resident. It is staff in the building who have been there for years and when I go to visit my family and friends I enjoy seeing them walk the halls and care for the residents. The team there is kind and make sure the resident feels comfortable while receiving rehabilitation. From the front door to the floor staff you will be greeted by staff with a smile!

Our residents receive attentive care from a team that truly cares about their well-being. I regularly see staff going above and beyond to offer support, comfort, and individualized attention. We work hard to make each day meaningful for the people who live here.

Went to see my uncle there today and the smell was so bad I had to leave. The farther you went in the building the worse it was strong smell of urine and feces . My brother made it to my uncle's room and he said it was soiled sheets and towels on the floor by his bed. They had a full bottle of urine sitting right next to his lunch on his tray.I don't know who's in charge of this facility but I do know who's responsible for inspecting places like this and I'll be calling them to set up an inspection for this place.
