My son had athlete’s foot that would not go away with OTC creams. It took 4 successive appointments to get a cream prescribed that would work. They required a new appointment for the same issue every time and all they did was prescribe a more powerful cream. They billed our insurance incorrectly and refused to see my son at his next unnecessary appointment until he paid $290 upfront for a 10 minute appointment in which all they did was ask if he still had his athlete’s foot and then call in a more powerful prescription. Fast forward a few months and he misplaced the tube of cream while moving and now they want him to book another appointment for the same issue before refilling the prescription?! It appears that unethical billing and not healthcare is the primary pursuit of this practi

I wish I could I give 0 stars. I sat at the office for over 2 hours and I had a pretty serious skin condition that had healed. The Doctor and nurse that helped extremely were unprofessional. He told me the 3 doctors that referred me to him misdiagnosed me and were wrong (including primary care). He preceded to show me spots on his hands and say that mine were like his due to cold weather….. I went to the ER twice because of these infections.. do not go to him

Dr Hall treats my 92 year old Mother and myself. He is so respectful and patient with her as she has a hearing issue. We enjoy his sense of humor! His medical attention to our needs is always professional, he always addresses any issues or questions we have.

I was a new patient and was left sitting for 2 hrs before I finally got to see Dr. Other clients coming and going after me. Was not told anything on when they would get me. I had to ask and was told , oh your new so others go first. Excuse me! I had an appointment! I finally got to see the Dr. and was a 10 min conversation and I was done. I got billed over my co-pay amount. Nope. Never ever going back.

What a wonderful first experience with this office. My Mother told me how great they were when I visited with them as a child and they’re still living up to the best of standards. Check in and check out was a breeze and Dr. Hall and his nurse were very kind. Best bedside manner. If I could rate this any higher than 5, I certainly would. Had two moles removed in office with no pain, no problem, and in and out of the office within an hour. They provided after care instructions and said to follow up as needed. Thank you guys!!!
