Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is one of the worst about 5 or 6 years ago they was very professional once the management and pharmacist changed everything went down hill. Picked up my medication got home and realized one of my medication said qty 3 and I only got 1 so I called to let them know and the pharmacist Sam said qty was the ML which I know the definition of qty is the number amount not ML so I said qty doesn't mean ML He said that's what it is can I help you with something else I said yes I want the other 2 that I should have got. He said "well we dont have it" I said so is this a partial refill he said again is that it can I help you with something else. I again stated that you should know qty doesn't mean ML he hung up. I called back he answered and said what can I help you with laughing I aske

They are usually quick to fill my prescriptions which is why they're getting two stars, but actually picking them up is a challenge. When you call, you'll likely be put on hold for an extended period of time. There's always a line to pick up. I have sat in the drive-thru for 10+ minutes without being acknowledged. They changed their hours without informing customers and have random closures (which you'll find out about when you go to the store). There have been times I have had to transfer my prescriptions to another local store just to pick them up because I wasn't able to get them from this location for the aforementioned reasons.

The pharmacy staff here is amazing! Always friendly, responsive, and help with all of my prescription troubles!

Joseph went above and beyond I watch him navigate a difficult situation in a manner that is beneficial to the Walgreens corporation. You should be thankful for an employee like him.. Saved you guys thousands of dollars and it will never be noticed. God bless you and keep the same attitude.

Horrible experiences in both service AND cust svc here. Moved my acct to cvs bc every time I come here, there's an issue and an INSANE wait. Numerous employees on site have no cust svc skills and talk ignorantly toward customers. They aren't even close to accurate in their estimated wait times and get defensive when customers are upset. Last time I was there, they called the police on disgruntled customers whom THEY had waiting for too long.
