Randolph Pharmacy

Was looking to change pharmacies for my grandmother. Heard this pharmacy was Vietnamese-owned which was helpful for my grandma who only speaks Vietnamese. Called and asked about switching and spoke to the owner. The owner was VERY rude and unprofessional. Not sure if he is only rude to Vietnamese speaking patients only. Would not recommend.

I have been using them for years, highly recommend! This is old fashion customer service, where they know you and do anything they can to help. My insurance company wants me using their affiliated mail-order company, but I choice to support and excellent small business.

I absolutely love this team of pharmacists!! They are VERY efficient, family oriented, and remember their patients and what's going on with them! Hands down my favorite group of people ever!!
