Today, I had a rather delightful eye exam that left me both informed and reassured. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I encountered a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the visit. The star of the day, without a doubt, was Jackie, the technician, who was nothing short of professional and personable. As she guided me through the various tests and procedures, Jackie’s expertise was evident in every step. She explained each part of the exam with clarity, making sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. Her approachable manner made it easy to ask questions about my vision and eye health, fostering a sense of trust and ease.
