I had a great first experience at Be At Ease yesterday. It's close to my home and very conveniently located. Mark is a true professional and used very effective techniques that I never experienced during past professional massages. For the first time in months, I woke up with NO back and neck pain. I will definitely be returning and I will recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks again!

Mark is excellent at what he does. He finds and works out the knotted spots so I always come out of the session feeling better. Mark also knows how to work with injuries. The physical space is no-frills and simple, but is always clean. Highly recommend this small business.

Went on my birthday and felt amazing after the massage so I had to get one on Mother’s Day weekend and once again left feeling so relaxed . My back was soar all week from exercising but because he's super professional and pays attention to the important parts of the body I felt no more pain afterwards . So thankful my sister put me on because I’m definitely going back!

My massage was so good the owner has very capable hands. The setting was nice not a lot of ambiance but to me that did not matter
