One star because that is the least I could give, although it's not earned. Yesterday I called to verify that my dog's vet called the refill prescription in for my dogs seizure medicine. We have been using this pharmacy for over 3 years. The pharmacist confirmed that they received it, then told me it would be ready by 11 am the next day. The next day I went to the pharmacy to pick it up at 1:15 pm and was told to come back after 3 pm. Because it was not ready yet. Also in the past they "accidentally" refilled my dogs prescription of 16.2 mg of phenobarbital for 32 mg. Luckily I realized the pills were the wrong size and caught it before giving it to my dog. Good thing I was aware otherwise it probably would have killed my dog. When I brought the prescription back the pharmacist was mortifie

I spoke to this pharmacy over the phone 3 times to describe my family's needs related to a vaccine. I'd done my research, so I was clear on the type of vaccine we needed (often correcting them). At every turn, I was told that Walgreens could provide the vaccine and that we should come in. When we did, we were turned away by the pharmacist who passed blame on her staff instead of taking ownership of the situation (not very professional). It turns out they will not provide the vaccine we needed post-exposure, even though I was clear that this was the situation every time I called. We did everything we could to be educated and advocate for what we needed, then we were denied care because this staff can't get their act in order. I highly recommend you go anywhere other than this pharmacy.

Terrible service at this Walgreens pharmacy. We made appointments for vaccines in advance. Arrived before our appointment and checked in, and then waited for 45 minutes. We then found out that they didn’t have the vaccine we needed in stock. Why when we made our appointment did they not inform us? Why when we checked in did they not inform us? What a waste of time. We watched 4 people before us leave the pharmacy area frustrated as well for similar reasons - they didn’t have the thing they had made the appointment for. The staff there complained of being “slammed” but we really didn’t see any reason we had to wait 45 minutes to learn they didn’t have the vaccine we needed. They should have informed us when they checked us in and took our insurance information. I’d avoid this location

The worst !! Everyone inside hates their job, but they chose the job. They don’t have no urgency for the customers. The customer service is terrible. Everyone moves at a snail speed. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

I've always had good experiences using this pharmacy. I try to pay close attention to prescription costs and they are always helpful in finding the best options.
