Massage Envy

Had a massage today that was a gift from my daughter. Caitlin was a delightful young lady and has a magical touch. A very nice experience!

The front desk is horrible at Powell massage envy. They call about scheduling an appointment and I told them I was working and they kept on talking. The massage therapist are great along with the facial people but the front desk needs help

I'm carrying a lot of weight and have been self-consious about my body and getting a massage. Extreme stress wracked my body with pain and Syd made me comfortable and I left feeling so much better. It will be another month until she is available again. I get the sense that scheduling is key for getting a regular provider. I was really pleased with the results and would recommend Massage Envy to anyone who is hesitant about treatment. Much better for my body than chiropractic care.

They had to reschedule a facial that I planned for my mom's birthday. That's fine, things come up. So I rescheduled two appointments for a facial. When I called to confirm the appointment, they didn't have my appointments anywhere on the schedule. The woman I talked to on the phone was polite, and apologized, but I was never able to get the appointments rescheduled and I never took my mom to get a facial for her birthday. I was disappointed that they did not follow up with me.

I like this location. I’ve had two massages here with Adams and have been great. I signed up for a membership, book and appointment and I get there and they said your service provider had to cancel and we have a facial at 4. They said they called me but the number that called me looked like spam because it never came across with Massage Envy and no voicemail, text or email canceling. Driving 30 mins and booking for specific time is the only way this fits my schedule. They canceled my appointment after I came in.
