Really great customer service. I was driving through Powell when the left lens of my prescription sunglasses literally fell out of the frame. Screw nowhere to be found. Desparate, I pulled into the lot, walked in, and asked if I could buy a screw. The lady that helped me chuckled, said "we're not going to charge you for a screw" - and fixed my sunglasses in 5 minutes. I'm not even a customer - the first thing I said when I walked in - and they happily helped. Awesome experience!
I've used this fabulous practice for EONS!! I have been seen by different doctors, ALL ARE AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CARING! As for the support staff, it speaks volumes that many staff members have been there since I started as a patient so many years ago! I highly recommend this practice!!
I love Dr. Miller. We've been going to him for years. He's always so personable and professional. We really feel that he cares about us, as well as our eye health. Highly recommend.
