Walgreens Pharmacy

Horrible! 3 times we’ve had to get a prescription called up there. Today I go, the lady in the drive through who was very nice said they would have it ready within an hour and I would get a text. I go inside after an hour and a half wait in line for 30 minutes get there and this lady tries to tell me they never said that. Then magically finds the prescription. Then rolls her eyes and says ma’am’ you can get out of line and wait over there!! Very rude. Not in a nice way. I mean so rude. Then I send my husband up there to get it after she says matter of fact we might not even have any more so I’ll see.. I got a text saying it was ready. Then my husbands goes up there and they said the prescription says for next month which is a lie. I see the prescriptions from my chart and have the text sa

i’ve tried so hard to give these people grace but everytime i go in to get refills (which unfortunately is monthly) every single person i see is either extremely rude or just couldn’t care less about their job. 10000 different people will tell you 10000 different things and half the time my prescriptions end up being weeks late because of them.

I dislike this Walgreens’s pharmacy. Their attitudes are always NASTY! You come in with a happy spirit it always gotta be somebody that’s mad at the world talking all mean and stuff. Especially over the phone. I wish I knew her name but she’s ridiculous and need to be FIRED! Need to do better with employee selections because folks not going to want to shop or come here with their attitudes. Overall my experience in the other parts have been pretty smooth but that pharmacy aht aht. Thinking about switching again! Just sad.

the pharmacy is a joke, my prescription was sent to them at 11:30 am, went at 2:30 pm to pick it up thinking it would be ready, they said no it’ll be another hour, they waiting until 6 pm to update me telling me my prescription was ready and waited until I was up there by 6:15 to tell me they were out of one of my prescription? You couldn’t tell me that at 2:30 when I was there. They are very rude and very unprofessional.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen i my life. Bring back CVS!!!!
