Sam's Club Pharmacy

Yesterday I needed 2 prescriptions for my dog. I live in Virginia and had to come to Mississippi on short notice so I got my vet to write me the prescriptions my dog needed. Could have purchased from my vet but much more expensive there. Anyway I called the pharmacy at the Pearl Sams Club and was told they would have to order the drugs and they had to have the written prescription before hand. That would be a 100 mile round trip. I have been a member for over 30 years and a plus member so I called again today. Talked to Jessha. She said she could order the meds and I could pick them up next week. This saved me a 100 mile trip. Jessha thank you for your help in this matter!

Most incompetent pharmacy employees ever! Who has the right to cancel a prescription without telling you? No one. Totally shocked at the lack management of a transfer prescription of Brevecto. I can't even give 1 star it was such a shocking experience Tuesday afternoon. Please get employees who want to serve the customer and not just stand there not knowing what to do.

The pharmacy went above and beyond when I lost my phone in the store. She called it and kept calling it in hopes of someone picking it up and answering. In fact they did. It was one of the clerks who heard it ringing. She was even kind enough to bring it to me in the pharmacy. As I have stress anxiety that I take meds for it was a God send. I was tired from no sleep on on the edge.of a severe anxeity attack. The ladies in pharmacy know me well and were so kind.
