I cannot say enough good things about 20/20 Vision. They got me in on very short notice, and from the moment I walked in I was treated with so much kindness and care. Abbey at the front desk was incredibly nice and personable, which immediately put me at ease. Ms. Maryland was so sweet and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Pace was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to truly listen, and made sure I felt heard and cared for. I came in with a corneal ulcer and was in so much pain, and they helped me more than I can express. Even though they unfortunately don’t take my insurance, I will absolutely be going back, the level of care and compassion I received was more than worth it. Highly recommend!

I love 20/20 vision care:& All the workers! Dr.MinorPace has been my eye Dr since I was about 3 or 4 years old, He retired from 20/20! I had to go this past week, and My new eye dr, is amazing Dr.JefferyPace! I recommend if you need a eye doctor! He is one of the BEST!

Dr Pace and thr staff are so courteous. Helpful. Dr Pace is very good at slowly showing you different test results and taking the time to make sure you understand everything thoroughly. Highly recommend to everyone. Also, you get in quickly with NO long wait times

They were able to get me in same day, were very helpful, friendly & professional!! I’ve never had such a thorough exam and a better experience anywhere else. The lady helping me pick out glasses didn’t make me feel rushed & went out of her way to make sure I loved the ones I was getting. The lady assistant & the doctor both never rushed through any of the procedures they each have to do, explained everything & answered any questions I had. The receptionist that answered when I called was absolutely great. Both of the receptionists and the lady who brought my glasses out to me made me feel so good about my choice! Thank you to all of their staff- BIG thank you to the Lab guy who had my glasses ready less than 4 hours later- and I LOVE them!!

I've been a patient here for numerous years and never have I been disappointed with the care that the staff and doctors offer. The customer service is always top tier and they've always gone the extra mile to work with you especially if you need to be worked in their schedule. I drive almost 2 hours to get to Pearl and as long as I am able, I'll forever choose 20/20!
