Walgreens Pharmacy

My meds are never ready when they should be. My last prescriptions were over a week late. PHARMACY Understaffed. Long wait at drive thru. Over 10 mins. There excuse, "we have been very busy". Um, sorry to hear this but when it comes to my medications, I don't want excuses. I want my medication.

The pharmacy doesn't have their selves in order. Every time prescriptions were called in for refills either by Dr office or ourselves via automated call the pharmacy NEVER CHECKS THE SYSTEM. Meaning... when we're told by the automated system a specific date. The pharmacy cant get the meds for another week. Or 2 weeks. So we (our family) moved all our scripts to another pharmacy. They NEED a better system and MORE people who know what they're doing.

Don't go here if you expect quick, efficient service. Seems every day there is someone new there who needs to take 10 minutes asking for help. Also, forget about calling to check on the status of new scripts, because I have been on hold for the last 40 minutes with 3 other calls in queue only to find out they filled the wrong script. They did not ask for verification either when I went there yesterday. I get that there are not many people working there but it is a waste of time, especially after work. Do better. I will be going to Walmart from now on, I am tired of being patient and being disrespected in the process.

i called for an inhaler and just got the most RUDE pharmacist. They told me it was out of stock which i understood, i asked when they should come, i get told in the most disrespectful way that he dont know probably tomorrow i went to say okay ill call tomorrow then and before i could even get a word out he hangs up.

Prescriptions take forever. Had one 'out of stock' and then in review for several days (after being two weeks overdue) where I had to pester them and magically it was ready in 5 minutes. Had the doctor call in a prescription to have ready, but they wont fill it until the day of due (when they filled the previous). THE DOCTOR CALLED IT IN. I'm going elsewhere, as I've given them several chances and I SERIOUSLY need this medication. I'm done with the headaches. Some of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
