My appointment was set up 6 mo ago for Wednesday, 1/7/26. When I showed up, the office was closed. Office hours are now only from +- 11 AM on Monday, only. I was never notified. I called 2 other offices and left voicemail but received no return call. Finally a 3rd call was made on the following Monday, returned, and an appointment scheduled for that day. The appointment went well.

Rebekah Thompson and her staff at the Norwich Ny office is very caring and understanding. Even when they are short staffed at times. They get me in when I have a problem with my hearing aids they get me in to find out it's a simple fix. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We discovered this year that our daughter had some hearing issues and we immediately contacted Chenango Speech & Hearing - they were great with her and very patient. She recently had to get a hearing aid that has been huge help and we have seen a great improvement. Dr H & Becki are great to work with.

Went to Chenango Speech & Hearing to have my hearing aids checked out. Brian checked out the hearing aids and updated the programs and cleaned them. He also took the time to point out some of the features that I have that I didn’t know how to use. I was very pleased with the service and information that he passed along to me. My hearing aids are working great an I now have an appointment for six months to have them serviced again. Mike

I have had the best experience with the doctor's, specialist's, and staff at Chenango Hearing and Speech in Norwich NY. I was nervous about possibly needing hearing aids. Since getting my hearing aids about 4 weeks ago, I have felt more engaged in conversations, heard more sounds, than I have in a long time.
