Walgreens Pharmacy

I usually only write positive reviews because I don't wast my time with complete disregard or care for even providing average service. I usually just never return if i am dissatisfied, But this is a pharmacy and they ultimately have the control in this scenario. Every month there is an issue with my refill. The website and app don't provide any details of why there are delays. I called yesterday and was on hold 40 minutes with no answer. Finnally just hing up. I placed the call at 5 pm. Called after 9 am today and waited again for 12 minutes. I asked the status and when my prescription would be available and got a vague answer along with we just opened 22 minutes ago. With reluctance from the female, I was finally told "maybe" after 11. All I am asking for is efficiency. Ther

Tried to pick up my medicine and waited thru 5 cars ahead ok guy get his pulls out I pull up window closed. So I went inside let lady at counter know they need to make sure no one there before slamming closed for lunch so go back now said they got to get order in. Not what my message said so this place is having problems. I just told her I'm reviewing it online. So it's constant running for nothing. Guess when it's lunch time the world stops there should have back up. If I came late but I was already in line so should have been waited on in drive thru. So they need to find better solutions. Maybe I should just transfer all my prescriptions elsewhere cause I have alot to pick up all the time.

I wrote a 5 star review the first time I came to this pharmacy. Ever since then it’s been awful. I never get any of my medications on time and my doctor even sends them days before they are due for refill. I do not recommend getting your medicine filled here.

this pharmacy needs improvement and new staff, customer service training and a better system. this will have to wait i have lunch in 2 minutes....wow

as a provider, I find this particular store to be the most difficult to work with. Patients not receiving the prescription as prescribed, in a timely manner or in a few cases not at all ("we get too many faxes"). In most cases I ask my patient to pick up medication at a different facility
