I found Gaia Acupuncture in January of 2026 purely chose it because of its name. And boy am I thankful I did. Kathleen McGrath is gentle, warm, kind and knowledgeable. She takes time each visit to check in with me and knows just where to focus on me. From acupuncture to kinestetic tape, to massage with warm stones and cupping, she applies her love and expertise. I am so thankful for her and Christian. Christian is soft spoke and kind and patient too. The office smells good and has great energy. I wish them only blessings!

So glad I found her!! I was very nervous about trying acupuncture for the first time but I really needed help with chronic pain. Kathleen is so knowledgeable, kind, reassuring and she really listens! I look forward to my visits because I always feel better after.

New location is perfect. Great service easy access. My weekly visits have helped reduce my chronic back pain levels. Kate is very good at explaining how it works and provides a relaxing experience each week.

Never having done acupunture before, I was pretty nervous about it. Dr. Kathleen is not ONLY very skilled, but she' SO friendly and heartwarming. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have been going to Living Gaia since we moved here some years ago and Ms. McGrath first started practicing in Minneola. She is the best around . Incredibly gentle and peaceful. Kathleen helped me so much and continues to help. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for acupuncture or physical therapy.
