Publix Pharmacy at Hills Crossing

I am so tired of this and other Publix pharmacies not having common meds in stock and having to wait until they come in - it’s ridiculous. I’m switching back to CVS which is a real pharmacy. I never have to wait for meds there.

Ever since switching from CVS who I've been going to for YEARS, I have never been so grateful. The staff here is phenomenal. They are always helping me out with the best cost for my medications without even having to ask and they always have my medications ready in a timely manner and are quick. Top tier service honestly.

The pharmacy technicians and Pharmacists provide exceptional care. I spoke with the pharmacist today and she took the time to ask me questions that helped her counsel me the best way possible. I can tell she cares for her patients.

Never in my life I’ve seen attendant be so inhuman… I just saw a racist behavior from the staff because an old lady was picking up her daughter’s prescription. When the only thing they ask is name and date of birth. They started to interrogate her!!! That’s disgusting!!! I’ve picked up medicines that aren’t for me without this interrogation. In this same pharmacy has never requested me more information that I have write above! Shame on you!

This is without a doubt the best Pharmacy staff I have ever encountered anywhere. All of their staff have been friendly, courteous, knowledgable, professional, efficient, responsive, top notch. When changing insurance I made sure I could use this pharmacy. Competitive prices as well. Its pretty new and I hope they can keep their top notch people.
