Walgreens Pharmacy

We've been going to this pharmacy for our meds for over 20 years. Staff is normally kind and helpful, but we no longer get our meds in a timely manner. Meds as simple as synthroid refill is often a 4-5 day wait. (Last time we requested refill for items online. The system told us it would be available Monday afternoon. Arrive there Monday after work and are told 'Wednesday afternoon'. Similar thing happened the last 6 times we've requested meds.) I know refills are now being filled elsewhere and shipped to store, but they ought to update online/automated system to provide accurate pickup date. So, either order your refills a week in advance, or go somewhere else. New Rx? Have doctor call it in elsewhere, because chances are they won't have it in stock. I really didn't want to consider go

Good people but horribly staffed. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else like Costco... Sad that Walgreens would rather maximize profit at the expense of their own staff and the consumer.

Absurd wait times to get your meds. Staff will purposely hang up when you call in. Never quick or easy to get your prescriptions. If you need your meds same day I recommend using a different pharmacy in the area.

This Walgreens is completely horrifying! I’ve had it! I’m behind on meds by 6-8 days “every month” now! They said they don’t fill scripts there anymore & they’re filled & shipped from another place?! So just like right now today I called to make sure my meds were ready, my doc faxed them to Walgreens on 3/13/2025! I’ve been waiting now 5 days only to be told they can’t fill them yet? Why? Bc LAST MONTH it took them 10 DAYS to fill it! When your body is on medications for 9 straight yrs? You cannot just STOP! Just like last month I’m literally sick to my stomach with withdrawals! So this means I had to go through massive withdrawals which they do not care about…
