Gentle Family Dentistry

I had an unexpected need for a dentist while I was visiting Midland from TN this week. I accidentally picked at a temporary crown on one of my molars that I received last week, and dislodged it. As my in-laws are patients at Gentle Family, I called this morning for help. They listened to my tale of woe, and were able to give me a 3:30 appt, and by 4:05, I was merrily on my way. Very pleasant front staff. Even apologetically asked me to fill out the new patient form. Dental assistant was great. She got my crown prepped for the Dr.. Dr came in to finish re-installing the crown. Nice guy. Shook my hand. Asked me if I was having any pain. Forewarned of a little discomfort when drying off the bare tooth. Got the crown back in place. For going into a dentists office cold, not knowing

This is the most amazing dentist office: The entire staff for Dr. Plumley is the kindest. Dr. Plumley is by far the best fit for any age. I would recommend this office to anyone. I do not post much, but this review is genuine!

Dr. Plumley is very good. Explains everything during the procedure, answers questions and makes sure you are comfortable. All the staff are very kind, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

My family and I have been going to Gentle family dentistry for many years. We actually look forward to our routine cleanings with Tammy. She is exceptional at her profession and always makes you feel welcome. She is an extremely caring and funny individual. Dr. Plumely is great too. Never talks down to you and is always courteous. I will never take my family anywhere else. So thankful for the team at Gentle family dentistry! Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend this office enough. Dr. Plumley and Rhonda were amazing. They explained everything. Also Kourtney is wonderful. Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable.
