The office staff is amazing! They worked to get me an appointment right away for BPPV. Other Physical Therapy locations could not see me for over a month! Anyone familiar with condition knows it generally only takes 1 or 2 appointments to treat this condition. The therapist who treated me was courteous, patient, and explained everything he was doing prior to treatment. The office manager, Michelle, was wonderful and her communications skills were excellent! I would highly recommend this location in Midland for care. They deserve an A+++ score! Thanks.

In mid-January of 2025 I decided to try physical therapy for my back. I was hesitant because of past negative experiences with PT that left me worse than when I started. Based on a friend's recommendation and out of desperation, I went to Joey at Central Michigan Rehab. I’m so glad I made that decision. Joey has helped me tremendously, and I’m amazed at how much progress I’ve made in such a short time. I’ve dealt with back pain on and off for over a decade but in December 2024, it reached its worst point. There were days I could barely walk, and the pain was taking a huge toll on me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I was close to wondering if I was going to be handicap. They make getting PT fun! Update (2/22/2025) After talking with family members about their experiences at other facilities, I have to say how happy I am to be at CMR. It would be really great if they had extended hours, early mornings and later evenings. It is especially nice being able to have the same therapist most of the time.
