I have been going to Dr Fred Knochel for over 20 years. There are several other chiropractors in the area, but I really like Dr Fred for his vast knowledge in so many areas of the body and healthy lifestyle. He is very good at the chiropractic care and has helped me tremendously in my pain management. He is a very personable guy with a sense of humor too.

Dr. Fred is a very knowledgeable chiropractor and the Tri-Cities are blessed to have him. He has helped me so much with my pain management with several techniques. This man is a miracle worker! He's kind, patient and always answers my questions. I never feel rushed or not heard like some Drs commonly do. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you've never been, you'll be surprised how much better chiropractic work can make you feel. I wish I would have went to him much sooner, I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in now if I had. Dr. Fred is literally a godsend! I just recently went to him for corrections and he immediately saw from my x-ray that I was in a intense car accident from the last 5-10 years; in which caused whiplash and damaged my lower neck vertebrae. I did a mini session of corrections, that helped me big time. But what was even more crucial than anything was his advice about dealing with the arthritis in my neck! Unfortunately, I have really bad arthritis in my neck for my age and Dr Fred mentioned that if I have a ice pack under my neck for thirty minutes it would help me obtain a more restful/better sleep. My sleep had been crap for the longest time! I hardly ever dreamed or even felt restful when I woke up. I slept with an ice pack for the first time and literally woke up feeling like a million
