Walgreens Pharmacy

Received a text that the prescription needed insurance information. The text stated to call the pharmacy. Stayed on call for more than 1 hour - 1 hr 15 mins 37 sec to be exact. No one answered my call and the 3 callers in front of me dropped one by one. I eventually hung up and drove to the drive thru. I told the young lady at the drive thru about my situation and she never bothered to apologize once. She also crammed the drawer in the drive thru on my side mirror. My car now has a scratch on my left side mirror. Was told I can pick up the prescription after a 20 min wait in the parking lot and they still didnt have it ready. 20 mins later, another guy checked me out and did not know what was going on until I had to recap all the info. Finally received the prescription, went home, and saw

All these people complaining about waiting in the drive thru. What do you expect, its not McDonald's.....just go inside already!Im always in and out and never have a complaint about their service. At all.

This place is severely understaffed. Almost impossible to reach via phone. Indoor pharmacy is often closed, so the drive-through line is always 10 cars long. My prescription has been "processing" for a week. This is not okay, Walgreens. Support your poor, overworked pharmacists, and do better at customer service.

Great staff friendly and helpful. Limited selection on some products and an efficient pharmacy too
