I had bulging discs at the lower lumbar region. When I started, I need a cane to move around within the house. Within 2 weeks of decompression therapy, I had relief from pain and didn't need the cane in the house. After the initial 30 treatments, I don't use a cane except for extended walks and am not in pain.
