I’ve had the privilege of working out with Tina for over two decades, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She’s helped me reach my fitness goals, become a dear friend, and has been incredibly encouraging in my small business journey. Brittany is simply the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. She is patient, understanding, non-judgmental… and not to mention hilarious. She has customized and optimized a program for me to get to my goals. I have absolutely no regrets. 🤩

Tina is amazing! The best trainer in Little Rock! When I started working out with her I was so scared she was going to be one of those trainers that would be yelling and screaming at me while working out but she was the opposite. She is motivating yet caring and compassionate. Me and my husband started training with her and each lost 60lbs each, naturally.
