I appreciate River Valley Specialty Pharmacy for always going above and beyond to ensure my teen’s Rx is delivered to our front door every month. They are always friendly, going above and beyond with communications via text, with the status of when the prescription is filled, along with the delivery. Don’t hesitate to choose them for all of your prescription needs!

Delivery came today on time and was fast especially since I called them 30 minutes prior to closing last Friday. I was apprehensive about side effects of the medicine which is a cream. I didn't want it absorbed in my bloodstream. I talked to a lady Pharmacist and she answered all my questions. I spoke to a Pharmacy Technician named Makayla 2 times last week and she was helpful and kind both times. I appreciate the delivery service to Fort Smith verses mailing the medicine because I would probably be waiting until later on this week. Thank you !!! Annette Collins-Hearne

Love the customer service on the phone, they are very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Their convenience of text reminders an home delivery is extremely helpful when we work all day and all week Great company! Highly recommended!

If you haven’t yet used this pharmacy, I urge you to do so. These are some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with, and their competence is unmatched in my experience. They are just great.

The techs and pharmacists at this pharmacy are some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with at any pharmacy. They are fast to fill, deliver, and counsel you on your prescriptions. They even gave me a lip balm with my Accutane that they delivered to my house. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I know that needs a special prescription.
