Walgreens Pharmacy

Shingles shot - the pharmacist w/long beard shot - was like throwing a dart at your arm. He did not clean the arm enough in my opinion- appropriately - and did not put a bandage over the entry. My arm hurt for days. I arrived 2:20 pm for a 2:30 pm appointment. I approached him at 2:45 pm his response was arrogant-“had to mix the vaccine” - I refuse to have this pharmacist inject my body with another shingles shot vaccine. I only hope he mixed vaccine correctly.

I tried to like this pharmacy but there is no way to like it. Every time I needed a refill the pharmacy was out and I had to wait. The same prescription month after month at the same time and it was constantly a huge hassle. The last straw was filling my prescription and as usual they only had part of it… even though I’ve been getting this medication for many months at this pharmacy. They gave me a weeks worth and said come back next week and we will give you the rest. A week later I come back and they don’t have any. She said it was forgot… again. So they once again say I can get a partial but I have to pay because insurance won’t cover a partial now… Because they didn’t do what they said they were going to. These folks this company let my wife's ID she didn't get back then 6 weeks later Spanish people in San Antonio were working in her name now they kept my ID I'm getting an attorney

Never answers the phone always busy never have your prescription ready on time will look to find another pharmacy

I have used the Walgreens in Brookshires and Brookshires Pharmacy before that. I have many medications, including controlled medications. While I have experienced difficulties due to human mistakes both at physician personnel, etc. The staff at Walgreens has always been very helpful and of great assistance in resolving any and all difficulties. I give 5 Stars to the current Manager and staff, especially Kaitlin
