Dr Kendra Hoyle takes great care of me & my husband. Also my younger brother is under care. We all have been with her for years. Wouldn't have it any other way. The visits are quick but informative and she takes the time to listen and let you have say so in your health care. Her nurses are awesome as well! We love Dr Kendra Hoyle. Going to refer more family/friends to her. God bless!

Don’t use this place if you need consistent good care! Every month when it’s time to fill my prescription it takes 4-8 days to get a call back. Then they scheduled me out 5 days for the tele appointment, then they never called for my appointment and when I called they said it had to be scheduled a month out!! So now I am without my prescription for an entire month because they cannot keep organized. It’s a shame, the drs are good. Their system and prioritization is terrible. You don’t matter to them. Go somewhere else for good care!

Went for my first visit to this office, the Dr. was thorough and did a great job. Since then I have received $4500 in bills that they did not did not run through insurance for part of it and the rest they just plain did it wrong. I have called for a week to the billing dept but no one ever answers you just sit on hold. Look for anyplace but UT Health this is not acceptable to have the back office run so terribly.

I went to Lindale Christus Tuesday and Wednesday in severe pain from a sinus infection and was turned away with no medications both days. Today (Thursday) I saw Dr Brandon Van Deman at UTHealth-Lindale and he took my pain seriously, got me evaluated, and prescribed medications that improved my symptoms within hours. I am so grateful for this facility and the physicians who work here. 10 out of 5 stars!

Wonderful clinic, Doctor that i saw was wonderful as well he found something on a scan and made me aware of it. Thank you so much UT.
