Colonial Lindale Nursing & Rehabilitation

Colonial Rehab and Nursing has done a stellar job taking care of our mom. She’s happier than I’ve seen her in a long time, because they keep her busy with fun activities, she has friends and she’s eating because they have good food. The friendly staff obviously care about the residents and care about doing a good job. It always smells nice and clean too. You can tell everyone goes above and beyond.

My mom has been there since middle of February, we have had a few small problems. Everyone i have spoken to the director Siri, (director of Nursing) and she has handle every issue we have brought to her attention. Even on her day off. She is a hard worker, very kind snd handles every issue with complete kindness and understanding. We have been so pleased with my moms care. I know how hard it is to walk away and leave your love one even for a short time. But i feel Colonial nursing home is a great place for your love ones ….

Colonial has been amazing with the care of my mother. This is her second stay for skilled nursing care for her and both times the staff have all been very attentive, and kind to my mother. I would go so far as to say they have showed her love. Their communications with me are top notch!! I am always informed of any changes or concerns they may have with mom , no matter how small. They are friendly and welcoming to me when I visit. They truly go above and beyond in all aspects of her care and with their communications with me. DeAngela with admissions, Siri head of nursing, Omar the PT, Hadley, Gabby, Sunshine, Lexi and Kim with transport and ALL of the staff have gone over and beyond to see that mom is well taken care of. Colonial has been my dad's go to place, for Rehab. I felt like my dad was giving up on trying to get stronger. D'Angela went to the hospital and personally talked to my dad. He agreed to go back to Rehab. If you ever have problems or questions, contact De'Angela. She has gone above and beyond to help with some issues we were having. I believe she is an awesome employee for this company.

Colonial did a wonderful job with my mother’s rehabilitation during her time at the facility. I found the staff to be extremely engaging and caring. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, the variety of meal preps and daily activities. Highly recommend and would return again if ever in need. Thanks Colonial!
