Trisha is an amazing coach! I am so thankful to have joined this gym and receive her coaching. It’s an awesome feeling showing up everyday and knowing you are going to get a GREAT workout in! I have been consistently going to TK for 6 months now. This gym has changed my life. I have a love for working out now! I have learned so much about my body and what I’m capable of. TK Fitness is unlike any other gym I’ve been to. Coach Trisha meets you where you’re at but also pushes you to levels you didn’t think were possible. The environment is encouraging, welcoming, and full of women who truly cheer each other on. I’ve hit PRs I never thought I could, built confidence, and found a community that feels like family.
