Walgreens Pharmacy

Came to get my prescription, pulled up around 5.50pm and they were already closed. I need my prescription now because I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow. This people does not care about the locals getting their medication. They are supposed to close at 7. How come you close 2 hours before you advertised time.

After years of using Walgreens without issue, ever since this location opened in its new building I have had issue after issue when it comes to filling prescriptions. They have told me on several occasions they were filling the script that would be ready in 30 min. When I arrived I spent another 30 waiting only for them to then tell me they didn't have the medication instock. Most recently they somehow sold my prescription to someone else which processed through my insurance preventing me from refilling it. This turned into an ordeal with my insurance given the medication was controlled and left me without my medication for 2 additional weeks before it was resolved. I'm unsure of what is going on with this place, but it isn't okay the way they are operating. I highly advise anyone looking

I love our Walgreens Pharmacy. They make managing my regular prescriptions one of the easiest tasks that I have. Automatic refills along with alert notifications when they're filled and the option to prepay online so it's quicker when picking up is incredibly convenient. They even alert me when I am on my last refill and contact my physician's office to request new refills. Accessing my medication records is also hassle free and conveniently ready to print with a tap of your finger. Whenever a family member or myself got a new prescription sent in electronically from a visit to the emergency department or Urgent Care they've always had it ready for me to pick up on my way home therefore saving me time and from having to make a separate trip to the pharmacy. Zero stars. Awful customer service. Jerry Shelby in the pharmacy is extremely rude, and unprofessional. My girlfriend has gone without medication multiple times because of mistakes on their end. If you can't deliver, don't offer delivery. The app is never updated. I've personally waited over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone only to have them tell me to try a different Walgreens. We have switched to the Simpsonville Fairview rd location and the difference is astonishing. Would definitely recommend no one use this particular Walgreens in laurens. Worst experience using a pharmacy.

I'd give them zero if I could. Going without medications because they can't seem to figure out same day delivery is dangerous. I paid for my medications, and chose same day delivery. Today is the day after and still no delivery. I called and Jerry Shelby was very rude, told me he had no idea what I was talking about. Asked for a code when no code was required. I'm switching pharmacies as soon as possible, this is ridiculous and literally puts peoples LIVES in danger.
