Prisma Health Urgent Care - Laurens

Everyone there was very nice! Especially the X ray tech who does more than just X-rays!!! Cleaned my wound and bandaged and also put ace on my foot!!! Forgot her name but she was great!!! Dr Lee also. Very nice and seemed to know her stuff!

The receptionist was very friendly and sweet. I didn't care for the guy who did my vitals. When he called me he didn't say my name. Then as we walking back he say. I will be your people today. While at least one of them. Not his name. His hair was a mess. The nurse lady was pretty nice.

Upon entering the facility, I met the nicest lady. I found out that her name is Karryna. She was courteous, professional, and efficient. She was very helpful with check-in and administrative questions, and her calm, respectful manner made the visit run smoothly. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail, which contributed positively to my overall experience at the office. I visited urgent care recently and had a great experience. The front desk staff were courteous, and the nurse who checked me in was friendly and professional. The provider, Ms. Davis, was exceptional. She anticipated everything I might need related to my diagnosis without me even having to ask. The entire visit was quick and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Although I would perhaps have felt more confident with an MD, the Nurse Practitioner seemed very thorough and competent. She was also extremely personable and took a real interest in my health complaints. I would definitely be happy to see her again.
