Ingles Pharmacy

Kim Sangiovanni is the WORST pharmacist I've ever encountered in my 60 years. She is rude, dismissive, confrontational and lazy. I had a new prescription and requested counseling from the pharmacist. The way Kim accomplishes this is to have the counter person come to her, get the information about the medication and that person relays it to the customer. This is problematic because if you have questions the person has to go back to the pharmacist and again come back to you to relay the information. If you have a few questions this can go on for awhile. So I asked to speak with the pharmacist face to face and Kim appeared with an already nasty attitude. When I explained the situation she said they do this as a time saver for them. Sorry, not sorry but I don't care about their time saving

Love the pharmacy staff!

I love it the staff is excellent. Until last week one shift was very rude especially the register worker

Thought I would give the Ingles pharmacy a try & see how they do at handling my family's medications so we'll see how they do!

Very nice friendly people they always have the medicine in
