They listened to every concern I had, addressed each one with care, and even helped me create a plan for future treatment so I know exactly what to expect moving forward. From the front lobby to the exam room the hospitality was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice understanding and extremely helpful. I met everyone for the first time and felt like I've known them all my life. Dr Cost was awesome in explaining and making sure you understood and then wanted your questions and feedback after explaining everything to you. Confident Smiles of Laurens is Awesome.

They are all always so kind and professional. The dentist as well as all the assistances make you feel welcome and like part of the family. I was low-key scared of the dentist and came here and have not had a worry since. Would recommend them to anyone. They have improved my teeth tremendously!

I cannot believe how informative Dr. Cost was! I’m still talking about my visit! The office has a very calming effect from the time you walk in the front door - very highly recommended!
