Walgreens Pharmacy

Called and verified scipt was ready at 5 pm. Arrived at 6:10 pm and I was in line behind five cars at drive through. Took 30 minutes to get to window where I was informed it was not ready. A glitch in their system. Waited at window another 10 minutes to the delight I’m sure of the cars behind me. What has happened to Walgreens?

Very friendly staff. One of the staff patiently answered our questions about transferring photos. The aisle with Christmas holiday items had lots of items.

I’d give the pharmacy less than 1 star if I could. Their pharmacist is condescending. I will never ask another question of the pharmacist because I don’t want to be publicly humiliated and spoken to like I’m an idiot. This same pharmacist consistently has misread written prescriptions by 3 different doctors, so no, it’s not the doctor. It’s YOU!!! Lastly, our prescriptions we’ve been taking for years always end up falling off auto refill. It’ll go find for a month then it falls off again. They’ve allowed my husband to run out of medications 7 times in the last 12 months. This used to be a good pharmacy. The last year, it’s been horrible.

Absolutely awful and lazy. Does not want to help. Drove to get prescriptions and they said they didn’t have them yet when I called other Walgreens location they were able to verify that this particular Walgreens did in fact have the prescriptions. What a shitshow so I transferred them to Walmart.

Pharmacist Nikki is the rudest ever. Must be on an authority trip. Lazy and as rude as they come. This is the second time in two years that I have used them only because it is close to my home and both times she has been rude and condescending. Both prescriptions for different health issues and different doctors. She thinks that she trumps what the doctor prescribes. Never again. Save your time, energy and money!!
