Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care

I always prefer going to a Mercy Go-Health over any other place. Walk-in family practice clinics included! They always know just what to do, diagnose my ailments correctly the first time, and get me on the fast track to good health! The staff is always friendly, kind, compassionate, and I am helped quickly and very well. I can't recommend Mercy Go-Health Clinics enough, thank you!

The worse Urgent care medical facility ever. I took my 13yo son here for injuring his ankle, can’t walk or anything on it. They did an xray and said I have to wait on results because they here’s no radiologist on duty. Didn’t give me any after care instructions, what to use or anything. Trying to Rush me out I had to go back in and practically beg the NP (she talked to us as if we were beneath her and I’m a Paralegal for some aftercare instructions and discharge paperwork. I just started crying because I wasted time here for nothing to be treated unfairly. The receptionist however was very polite and caring.

First timer bc I recently moved to the area. I was recently exposed to strep at my work place, a few days later it hit me like a brick and I knew what was up. The girl at the front desk and doing the triaging was an absolute “peach” to work with; literally mumbling and yawning, huffing & puffing, and did my throat swab improperly (she swabbed my tongue not my throat). Totally fine to giggle and converse normally outside of the room though. Rapid came back negative- no effort to send off for culture or offer any other care. “Negative” test result even though I had told them what I’ve been taking prior to my visit; magic mouth wash to numb the throat & Cetirizine, real pseudoephedrine and NyQuil. PA was shocked by the condition of my throat and only advised I stop taking my current regimen a

Kind, competent, compassionate staff. Lauren Gah???, Grace B, Mina F, and Tammy were so nice. I was greeted, treated, and given excellent discharge instructions and a prescription, which has resulted in very timely relief. Thank you...

I just moved to the area and this is the place that is closest to me. I have brought all 4 of my kids here. They have been helpful and quick. The nurse is nice. Sometimes the wait is longer but it’s an urgent care.
