I ran into an issue here at home with my husband's prescription..I just like to give a very big shout-out to "GRACE" for handling my issues within minutes. Thanks so much to her she's solved all my problems , and got to use a cost saving coupon at the same time..it is always a pleasure to go into the pharmacy. Everyone is always kind , patient and extremely pleasant 🙏

I had a very disappointing experience at this LabCorp location (inside the Walgreens). When I checked online, the LabCorp website showed no available appointments, but it said walk-ins were welcome—so I went. When I arrived, I noticed there were appointments scheduled, but no staff on-site to assist anyone. The lab area was locked, and there was no receptionist or technician available to answer questions. I completed the automated check-in and waited well over an hour before finally leaving. The site was clearly understaffed, and communication was nonexistent. To make matters worse, my doctor’s office was having difficulty confirming whether my lab orders had uploaded correctly to LabCorp’s system. I went to the Walgreens today in Knightdale NC ,27545 to get my script which was already a day late, the pharmacist said they need about 20 more min. to get it ready, so I politely said ok , I'll just go to the food lion next door and grab a few things and come back, so about 30 min, and I'm back at the window again,and I'm dealing with a Spanish accented lady, she tells me they forgot to order the medicine and that its going to be another day before I can get it, well I'm already in pain and been waiting on my meds to be filled and now ur telling me its going to be another day before I can get it, keep in mind this is going to be three days for some pain medicine, if a person needs pain medicine they don't want to wait three days to get it, that just poor management on the pharmacy, or th

Count your meds.apparently knowing how to count is a alot to ask. i blew 2 separate pharmacist minds when I had to explained how a month with 31 days means a 30 day supply gets picked up " a day early" the next month .

This place is a joke! They kept putting me on hold all day! Can not get a person on the phone! They said days ago that they will get my baby’s rx transferred and have it the same day and call me! Instead they never did, when I went there next day because they will not pick up the phone, the pharmacist told me they don’t have it and was not even willing to look deeper or try to help even though I asked the other pharmacy and they have already faxed over the prescription! She just told me with an attitude that they’re basically busy! Wow! Isn’t a pharmacy’s priority to serve the people with meds who need it?!!? Like wow! The other pharmacy I transferred from (b/c of price differences) was so nice she verbally called it in, then called me back that this Walgreens doesn’t even have that prescr
