Friendly staff, check in a breeze and the office is very clean. I love the added touch with my name listed on top of the ceiling. My hygienist (Peyton) was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing. My teeth were sparkling! I felt comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. Dr. Chidester is very thorough and explained some things going on with my teeth and offered a future dental plan. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Maplewood Dental. Dr Chidester is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He did not rush and took the time to listen to concerns and goals. The office is extremely clean, comfortable and advanced in technology. Peyton was also great and made sure I was comfortable the entire cleaning which is awesome for someone who has terrible anxiety like myself. Great staff and location!

I had an excellent experience at Maplewood. I hate the dentist in general and get all worked up about going. Dr. Chidester calmed me down for my teeth cleaning. He performed a thorough examination. I was nervous about my insurance covering everything but he eased my mind with the programs his office has set up for teeth care even if I didn’t have insurance. His staff were really kind. I had some cosmetic questions that I was embarrassed to ask but I felt comfortable enough to do so with him. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I really felt like my teeth got a great cleaning. No discomfort like I was used to. They definitely don’t miss any spots. - One thing is for sure, I won’t be nervous about my next appointment here!

I had an amazing experience at my visit. Initially I was extremely nervous due to bad past experiences in other dental practices but the staff was great and friendly. Dr. Chidester was VERY patient, had great beside manners and explained to me everything in a way I understood and why I needed to have the procedure done. He put me at ease. His assistant Elizabeth was amazing, very caring and made sure I was comfortable. She answered my questions and both were very knowledgeable. Great experience. The office looks so aesthetic and cozy. Everything was clean and the bathroom smelled amazing! Can’t wait for my routine cleaning.

I can’t recommend this office enough! Dealing with a cracked tooth was a first for me, and I was anxious about the extraction. Dr. C (Chidester) was so patient and answered every single question I had, making me feel totally relaxed (well mostly relaxed). The staff is wonderful and they are always quick to respond. Truly a top-tier dental practice!
