Raleigh Radiology-Knightdale

Check in was fast and easy. The receptionist had a glowing personality that was welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable, even though I was new. Amber, my ultrasound technician, made me feel very at ease during both ultrasound procedures. She has great people skills and a calming personality. It was truly an experience that went much better than I anticipated. I owe it all to the staff.

Great experience at this location. From e check in to no check out the service was outstanding. The radiologist that performed my chest ct went above and beyond to give excellent care.

Staff is very nice and location was clean. No wait time, which was appreciated. However, I’m frustrated with the process of comparing my new mammogram with a previous out of state mammogram. The beginning of January I made an appointment with RR for a mammogram and gave them the previous provider information. 1/15 mammogram (they hadn’t received previous images yet). 1/23 called previous provider to send records. They said they hadn’t received any requests from RR. 1/29 sent all images to RR through fax and email 2/3 or 2/4 called RR and requested images be sent to radiologist be read as that hadn’t been done yet. 2/6 received call from RR saying they haven’t received images and wanted to schedule another scan. Advised them that I sent all images. They said they will send to radiologist

Used to use the office in Raleigh, but switched to the Knightdale office. No problem with the Raleigh office or staff. Switched to the Knightdale office because it was more convenient to me travel wise. Have never had any problems with using the Knightdale office. Staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, my elderly mother had an MRI at this facility, and days later she is still shaken by the experience. Like many people, she struggles with claustrophobia and is also still recovering from a broken back. According to my mother, when she asked questions, the two attendees ignored her, and when she began to panic and scream, the procedure continued instead of being stopped to ensure her safety and dignity. This is unacceptable. She has had successful MRIs before, including at Wake Forest Hospital, and always described those experiences as surprisingly pleasant and compassionate. Sadly, this time was the complete opposite. The two staff members facilitating the MRI appeared to lack both trauma-informed training and a professional bedside manner. Their behavior a
