OrthoNC: Knightdale Orthopaedic Clinic

I visited OrthoNC 2/19/26 and the staff was very kind and friendly.. The facility was nice and clean and comfortable. I was a walk-in and didn’t have to wait very long. I saw April who was extremely kind and thoughtful as well. I explained my situation and she showed me a figure of my shoulder, which helped me to understand why I was hurting so much and April was very knowledgeable in doing so. Then she explained the steps I could take to resolve how I can improve my pain now and in the future, which was a big relief to me, as well as walked me through getting the results to help me feel a lot better. I highly recommend them at this time!! I have to see the outcome of the results that was recommended but I feel I will have a positive outcome because have trust in how she explained the ste

Went to Knightdale Orthopedic Express for a broken toe. Everyone was wonderful! The receptionist double checked whether my insurance would cover the visit, the technician who took my x-ray was gentle while positioning my toe, and Dr. Roe was professional, kind, thorough, and reassuring..... which was exactly what I needed. I was in and out very quickly and was very pleased! I would definitely recommend this facility! Thank you to everyone!

The staff at this clinic is top tier! I got checked in quickly and was taken back within minutes. Darcy was incredibly empathetic and understanding of my situation and I truly felt reassured by her knowledge. She took the time to explain exactly what might be happening that might be contributing to my neck pain and explained the plan of action with ease. I feel confident in my plan of care and trusting of everyone in this office!

Very friendly staff. Did my check in on their tablet and kept messing up on first 2 visits and staff help me with no complaints. But with a smile. And they take getting patients back in shape seriously. They want you well and able to live a good lifestyle. I have a few more visits and I'm looking forward to it. They're friendly, caring and they had me laughing through the whole therapy. It was over so quickly. I was in good company!!!

Addison was as kind and hardworking as you could ask from anyone working at an ER. He even got me an appointment the very next day for surgery, even though it was a Sunday night! You could tell he really cared about his patient. Assistant Becky was just as kind and personable. She was a delight! Highly recommend anyone with ortho injuries to come by.
