Walgreens Pharmacy

Pamela has to be the rudest person we've dealt with years. My wife was patiently waiting 40 minutes after her prescription was supposed to be filled, and when she asked for an update Pamela replied " it's not ready, what part of that don't you understand?" This is unethical and absolutely inappropriate to say the least. Walgreens needs to do something about this immediately. This pharmacy has gone downhill so badly.

This is my last straw. This place has gone way down hill. They have become inept. I had 3 prescriptions. 1 was a vial and 2 were needles, all placed at the same time. When I went to pick up, they said it was ready and when I asked were the needles are, they didn't know about it and it wasn't ready. They said they were getting it ready so I waited. Line started forming so I said I would pick up later. I came back later and the pharmacy assistant whom was fulling the needle prescription the first time, made a face because she DIDN'T fill the prescription. They filled the prescription have me the order BUT the syringe and needle didn't fit. They tried again, wrong, then after being there for about 30-45 minutes, they finally got it right. Find a new pharmacy. This location cannot keep my son's medicine in stock. We have to move it to a different location more often than not. They don't answer their phones. I've been on hold for up to 45 minutes and then get hung up on after waiting. I almost never wait less than 30-45 minutes in line both inside and at the drive through to pick up medications. When I've mentioned not being able to actually speak to someone when we have had medication issues, I've been told "Well, we are short staffed so we deal with the people we can see" and on the off chance I do speak to a pharmacist, they do not give the same information about refills, pick up availability, etc from one day to the next. I've also had them promise a medication and then when we arrive at the promised time, tell us it wo

I would give zero stars if possible. My elderly mother had surgery on Thursday and her pain medicine was sent early that morning to Walgreens. They failed to fill it on Thursday, leaving my mother to deal with postoperative pain on her own. Friday we go to try and pick it up mid day and it STILL had not been filled. They told us to go back around the drive-through line to wait at the very back so they could fill it. Instead, after waiting more than 40 minutes, they closed for Lunch without filling it. Went in for some quick document prints and had a highly disappointing experience. I asked if I could submit the documents online, but was told it had to be done at the kiosk. Since I hadn’t used the kiosk before, I decided to give it a try. The first cable provided was faulty, which I understand can happen, but the second attempt took an unusually long time. After finally completing the transfer, I selected my document, chose 10 copies, and confirmed everything with the attendant/manager. He assured me everything was fine, so I completed the transaction. The kiosk notified me that the prints would be ready the same day, in no more than 40 minutes. I confirmed this again with the attendant, and he reassured me he'd get to it "when he got a chance."
