Advanced Dental Care of Hutto

I had a great experience at Advanced Dental Care. Dr. May Al Jassani was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean, tidy, and well organized. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

I usually have to grip my hands together or grip the armrests to help stay still, but this most recent visit was the first time I've been comfortable in a dental chair in my life. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions, turning what has always been a stressful experience at the dentist into a reassuring one. She did a fantastic job educating me in clear, relatable ways that made it easy for me to internalize the knowledge and feel more in control of my oral health.

Dr. Tran was professional, thorough, and took time to clearly explain treatment options. I appreciated the thoughtful approach and the time spent answering my questions. I felt well cared for and confident in the plan moving forward. Highly recommend.

I was a new patient and am accustomed to a certain routine, as a new patient. I felt confused by their taking me into a small room and acting as though I knew what to do. The technician didn't explain that they have a machine where you bite on this funny piece and then stand still while the "thing" rotates around your head. Once seated, I continued to feel a bit lost with most of the things they did. I should have asked more questions (what was that wand thing? oh, pictures? really!) and since they are the ones without gadgets in their mouth, I wish they would talk new patients through the procedures. I will return and feel more free to ask questions. I will also ask them to focus on certain teeth when cleaning. Guess this is just our getting used to each other.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lomboy. This is our son’s first time in braces. Dr. Lomboy took his time in explaining the treatment plan and reason why our son needed braces. We came back today for a wire replacement and Susi was quick and efficient. Everyone in the office is really kind and goes out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable.
