CareNow Urgent Care - Hutto

Excellent care and kind doctors. The Doctor was amazing. The customer service from start to finish is amazing! We will choose this Urgent care every time. And we will recommend 10/10! 5 stars! Liam Yuan NP is amazing! She was so kind and explained everything I needed. Thank you for taking such good care of me. No wait time and I was in and out with a medical procedure in a little over an hour. This clinic has a sense or urgency. Thanks again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check in was rude and dismissive. Care was adequate. The only person I encountered that was truly pleasant was the person who did my nasal swab. I had to call the next day to ask about a prescription; the woman was so rude, I actually told her I felt me asking questions was upsetting her. She was nicer after that, but I was sure my question would never reach the provider. I was correct and 6 hours later, never had a follow up call. Fortunately, I was able to use Teladoc to meet my needs. I will never return to this facility even though it’s close to my home.

I will admit,,I am not a fan of the Scott and White facilities. I will, and do, pass a S&W to take my mom to Seton 10/10. HOWEVER, A refreshingly great experience has changed my mind. The CareNow Hutto Team deserves a shout out!! From the ease of the online check in and on was great. I came in and finished registering but the kiosk didn't have my name. The superstar front desk lady looked me up and let me know i was at the wrong location. She offered to transfer me so I didn't have to leave. It may seem small, but the small things keep us moving on the happy track! The assistant (forgive me for not knowing your role or names!) Was also very kind and respectful. As was the Doc! It's been awhile since I felt at ease and genuinely welcomed walking into a medical facility. I wouldn't hesitat

The quality has gone down and I will no longer come here. I attempted to file out all the required information online. Every time I would click to upload the jpg required, the system would kick me out and ask me to input a code that was sent to my phone. So I arrived without filling out the required information and was told by the front desk I needed wifi on (which of course I have on at my home). I spent another 20 minutes filling out all their required information and was called by the front desk and told there was no point seeing my son for his hamstring injury. There wasn't an offer for a gray. I had to pull it out of the staffer what else could he take for pain. Don't waste your time here. If you are unable to see people for injury remove that from your website.

I had A much better experience than I did the last time I visited this location. The customer service was very exceptional. Before when I visited this location, they had a lot of young inexperienced, unprofessional people who only cared about checking their telephones and their TikTok. My visit today was very professional they keep you informed and they were very mature. Excellent customer service.
