Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation

My experience at Falcon Ridge left a lasting, positive impression on me. The environment was calm, welcoming, and well-organized, which made it a pleasant place to be throughout the day. I especially appreciated that the patients were awake and interactive, creating a more personal and engaging atmosphere of care. The facility was beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding warmth and joy to the space and making both patients and staff feel uplifted. Overall, Falcon Ridge felt like a place where compassion, comfort, and attention to detail truly mattered.

I had the honor of photographing the residents Holiday party at Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation in Hutto,TX as a charitable donation, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire event. The Director of Nursing and the Administrator did an excellent job organizing this Holiday celebration. They showcased their commitment to the residents and their families well-being and happiness. The staff were attentive and compassionate, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Touring the facility made it clear that the care provided is of the highest quality. I witnessed the joy and engagement of the residents during the celebration, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they have created. Falcon Ridge is amazing! I am in and out of many facilities on a given week and I always enjoy being at Falcon Ridge. I am amazed by their staff and the patients always seem happy and well taken care of. The Falcon Ridge team is making a big difference in the lives of many!

I did not have a good experience at this facility. The food was inedible. It was difficult getting timely support from nursing staff especiall with bathroom help. The physical therapy was fairly good. My wound therapist was exceptional. Nurse Brenda Najera. She changed my wound vac regularly and took time to explain the process. It was an educational experience. She is thorough and gentle One nurse named pros I as very rude a D inattentive about everything name was Priscilla

I couldn’t be more thankful for the care my 90-year-old father has received here. From the very beginning, the admissions process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. The nurses are attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making sure he feels safe and comfortable. It’s clear that everyone here treats residents with dignity and respect. One thing that really stood out is the food—the menu is restaurant-quality, with variety and thoughtful options that my dad actually enjoys. That says a lot! This facility goes above and beyond, and I have peace of mind knowing my dad is in such good hands. Highly recommend.
