Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst experience ever. I have a broken ankle and needed my pain meds. Went to fill my prescription and their system is down. They have no backup plan for situations like this. They couldn't transfer to another location nor could they say when they would be up again. So they are literally causing me physical pain because of their lack of preparation for their customers.

The hours posted are closed at 1:30 pm on Saturday. Arrived at 1:24 pm, the doors were half rolled to close and told they start shutting down early to close on time at 1:30 pm. No line, no one in sight. Interesting, why not take care of the customer, close as posted @1:30 pm, then complete the close out procedures at 1:30 pm. Today, I called to confirm, told by phone to arrive by 1:20 pm, if so, please post on the website. ‘Close at 1:30 pm, You must arrive by 1:20 pm’. That would be most helpful. First time, this ever happened at a Pharmacy! The people make the business! Do better!

Walgreens has always left a bad taste in my mouth but Jeff at the pharmacy is phenomenal. Excellent customer service!
