Jeff Rau R&R Physical Therapy

I began seeing Jeff at R&R Therapy in October. After 3 spinal surgeries and two knee replacements, I was always in pain. Then my hips started causing severe pain and I was unable to walk. My doctors determined there was nothing wrong. Fortunately, I found Jeff of R&R Physical Therapy on Facebook and started therapy. Within a couple weeks I was walking without intense pain and in a few more weeks my hips no longer hurt! Jeff also worked on the scar tissue from my spine and knee surgeries, including laser therapy. This was exactly what I needed and my recovery progressed quickly. Now I don’t feel like I’m just chasing pain around my body, but have finally truly healed. I was working full time and having pain after sitting for 60-90 minutes, my right leg wanting to give it when I stood up, tried not to limp,and had hip pain that made me put my hand on front of hip for support. Side sleeping was awful! I had tried massage, chiropractic and 2 other PTs. I came across an ad for R&R PT and luckily the reviews convinced me to give PT another try - and thank heavens! Jeff Rau is an amazing diagnostician! My hip and tailbone were out of place! I had relief from the first visit! More importantly, the therapy which is a full hour with Jeff Rau, and reinforced by the home exercises he gave me, put things back in order and got rid of the pain. I'm able to move better and am working on regaining strength from my prior limited movement! I'm happy to be able to keep up

When I first came to Jeff, I was skeptical about the kind of physical therapy I was going to receive. I had already been to a facility for a while and did not get good results. Jeff’s approach to rehabilitation is very thorough and knowledgeable. He knows where the issue is rooted and he always tries to go there first. It definitely works! After several months, my pelvic tilt, my fibromyalgia, fascia and nerve issues are so much better. I understand I will need to be active and vigilant to try not to get to the same situation that brought me here. I have learned a lot of self care! Jeff is amazing. He was the fifth physical therapist I’d seen and the first one to actually help in a lasting way. I have hypermobility (hEDS) and no one else seems to understand how to treat it. He was able to make fine adjustments to my pelvic and sacral alignment that all the PTs plus two chiropractors had missed, and it gave me INCREDIBLE relief from spasms and pain within just a few days. Sent my sister to him too. He listens intently, takes his time with you, and genuinely cares. I would recommend Jeff to literally anyone. :-)

Jeff is the ultimate professional! I was going to have to buy a cane to walk, until I met Jeff. He was able to identify and treat my issue. I don’t need a cane!!!
