Vanessa was so kind and helpful. She is an expert for your eye needs. I called ahead to ask what the wait was because I needed to come in on a work break. I came in and she got to me quickly and was very thorough and also even helped me find a discount in the target circle app, which helped me save some money. That’s always really nice. Thank you so much, Vanessa. You are awesome and I’ll definitely come back every year! I would highly recommend anybody coming in here for glasses. Vanessa was exceptional!

I want to start by clarifying that I mistakenly posted my previous review under the wrong location instead of this location on Precinct Line. Because I am uncomfortable returning to the Precinct Line location where we purchased my son’s glasses, he has not been able to wear his new pair. He says they feel uncomfortable and “too zoomed out.” Thankfully, another nearby location has agreed to look at his glasses to make sure nothing is off with the fit or prescription, and I truly appreciate their willingness to help. For context, I am a returning customer to the Precinct LIne location. My first experience at this location was great, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, my recent visits were disappointing. Edith is amazing! We’ve been in multiple times to be fitted for glasses and buy and return sunglasses for me and my daughter. She has been so patient and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Edith is kind and knowledgeable and has helped us in every aspect including making sure that all insurance and discounts are available to help us with our tight budget. Thank you so much Edith!

Today I got glasses at the target on precinct line. Vanessa was amazing. I am so excited to get my new glasses in a few weeks. I am 54 and have wore glasses my whole life and I have never been so excited about a pair of glasses! I would have never picked them but she took the time to help me find my pair.
