I got right in on my scheduled time. They cleaned and updated my hearing aids in a reasonable time. I was given options for my next pair of hearing aids. Staff all very friendly.

My experience was great. The office staff was friendly. The provider took her time and explained everything she was going to do in the exam. She discussed the results and took her time with me to answer questions. I would highly recommend North Hills Hearing and Balance Center.

Dr Burk took the time to make sure the hearing aids were properly adjusted. She really cares that you receive the best experience. Highly recommend.
