This place never opens on time. They always stroll in 10 min late at least.

Yesterday I scheduled an appointment for a meningitis B vaccination, and once the shot had been administered is when I noticed that it was actually a MENVEO vaccination, the complete opposite of what I asked for. now I have to wait ATLEAST six months to receive the correct vaccination. I confirmed with them many times if I was receiving a meningitis B vaccination. I am beyond frustrated, and I can’t even do anything about it.

Horrible pharmacy. Dr. sent script a week ago. Never heard from pharmacy. I called them and they said they didn’t prepare it because they didn’t know what insurance I had. Was anyone going to call? I tell them over the phone. They say to bring the card in person. I go in person and they are confused by my military Id saying it’s an ID card. Uhhhh. Yes it’s also an insurance card…pharmacist tries to run the insurance and it “doesn’t work.” She said my insurance said I had primary insurance which makes no sense and was inaccurate. I know she wasn’t entering it correctly. I asked if she could transfer it to CVS. She said no I had to call. I called CVS down the street and they figured it out in an hour and my medication is ready for pick up. What a waste of time. Terrible service.

This is the worst walgreen pharmacy ever, the pharmacy never picks up the phone and just put you on hold forever.
